If your other devices are connected to the Internet and Arlo is still offline, try power cycling the Arlo camera:
- Unplug the USB cable from the Arlo camera.
- If you are using an Arlo Baby camera, slide the battery switch on the bottom of the device to off.
- Wait ten seconds, then slide the Arlo Baby battery switch to on.
