What is DP90?
DP90 is a caseinate and whey blend, providing a sustained release, high protein supplement. An excellent, all-rounder, high protein-low fat supplement. Contains no added sucrose, no salt, no soya and no preservatives. DP90 contains the complete amino acid spectrum including branch chain amino acid growth factors.
How do you mix DP90LF?
Mix the sealer according to the label, 2 parts DP90LF primer to 1 part DP402LF hardener. Let it sit in the pot for about 10 minutes, this gives the product time to mix and react with each other. Now its time to spray. Give it 2 coats for even coverage but 3 coats is even better.

Can you paint directly over epoxy primer?
You can paint over epoxy primer as long as it’s still fresh and hasn’t fully cured on the surface. When it’s still fresh, paint can be absorbed easily and will hold on for longer. Therefore, if you are sealing your car with epoxy primer, you can paint over it as long as you do it before it fully dries.
Does the DP90 need to be topcoated?
The DP-90 needs to be topcoated, a friend of mine painted his front subframe after sandblasting with only dp-90, after 3 years it started to rust. Just tiny spots, but uniform all over.
Is dp90lf a good product to use?
Its a great product to use but not as great as the old stuff (DP90). DP90LF is designed to be a lead free “sealer” primer and used directly over bare metal. I would rough up the surface with a DA sander using 80 grit or bead blast it, which ever you prefer.
What primer to use under a DP90?
If you’re wondering (or if it matters), I used PPG 1791 wash primer under the DP90. I have asked this same question before…I was told that exact same thing by my local ppg distributor.
Can I use PPG dt870 as a sealer?
You can can even use it as a sealer right before painting your car, just reduce it with PPG DT870 reducer about 10% and it flows real nice. Hope this helps.
