All SCUF controllers come with at 6-month (180 day) warranty from the date your order is delivered to you. All accessories come with a 30 day warranty from the date you received your accessory. Warranty periods are as listed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

A refund will be issued via the original payment method 5 to 7 business days after your controller has been received at our facility. As all SCUF controllers are hand-made to your specifications, there is a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective product returns. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.
