Avista has staff to help get thins to your room but they also have a large supply of the luggage carts for guest to use to get their own bags and groceries up to the room…this was a GREAT PERK that we did not experience at other hotels in NMB! We ordered several meals from the onsite restaurant and the were very good and prepared quickly.
