Starting in Beyond Light, Xur has a new quest for an Exotic Cipher. The Exotic Cipher lets you buy old Exotics from the Monuments to Lost Light kiosk in the tower. You’ll need these items and some other currencies to pick up Exotics like Heir Apparent and Truth. This week, Xur wants you to complete 21 Strikes or win Crucible or Gambit matches.
How do I get to Xur’s hangar?
You’ll find Xur in the Tower this week, so spawn in at the Courtyard transmat zone and hang a left, heading first down the ramp, and then down the stairs, to get to the Hangar. At the bottom of the stairs, turn left again and head to the north edge of the area. You’ll find more stairs that will take you up to a catwalk where Xur waits.
